IBM Opens New Cloud Data Center In South Africa

On Tuesday, IBM, technology innovator and multinational corporation, announced the opening of its new cloud data center facility in Johannesburg, South Africa which is now part of the company’s 46 data centers across six continents. Brought in collaboration with Gijima and Vodacom, IBM Cloud Data Center provides access to IBM’s global network of Cloud Data Centers and cloud services to their customers in the African continent. This enables enterprise customers to run their core business in the cloud.
